2024 Te Uru Contemporary Gallery
-Explore botanical watercolours with Jennifer Duval-Smith - a seven week course
I teach a 7 week course in botanical watercolours at Te Uru Contemporary Gallery in Titirangi.
We meet in Te Uru’s beautiful airy education space and have a relaxed two hours painting together. Some of my students say it is the most relaxing two hours of their week. I try to balance sharing skills with exploring students’ own interests.
Techniques you will learn include observation, drawing, colour and watercolour painting.

Centuria Taranaki Garden Festival
.For the last two years I have run nature journaling workshops at the Festival. It’s a brilliant opportunity to enjoy some of our most beautiful gardens and take a little time for yourself to relax and learn how to make nature journaling work for you.
